Shoulder straps might be tied or fastened by means of clips or buttons or may be made of rubber band.
In winter you may wear it with blue jeans & shirt, in summer it is just a dress - whatever you do, you will feel completely at easy in this dress (top).
The models are  designed to satisfy all desires. Long or short or of medium length – everything is possible.´
